- • As a Technical Recruiter at Influur Inc., you will be at the forefront of building our world-class technical organization, playing a pivotal role in scaling our Product, Data, and Tech teams. This is a unique opportunity to own and drive the full recruitment lifecycle for highly sought-after technical talent, with a particular emphasis on sourcing and attracting top-tier professionals across the US and internationally.
- • You will be instrumental in shaping Influur's future by identifying, engaging, and securing exceptional individuals who will contribute to our mission of making influencer marketing as measurable, predictable, and scalable as paid media, leveraging cutting-edge data and AI.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates, crafting compelling job descriptions, and building robust talent pipelines for critical roles within Product Management, Data Science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering (Backend, Frontend, Full-Stack), and other technical domains.
- • You will conduct thorough candidate screening, including resume reviews and initial interviews, to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with Influur's values and strategic objectives. This involves understanding the nuances of various technical roles and effectively communicating the value proposition of working at Influur.
- • Beyond individual role fulfillment, you will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and leadership. This entails providing market insights, advising on recruitment best practices, and collaborating closely to define hiring needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
- • You will be responsible for managing candidate experience throughout the entire process, ensuring timely communication, providing constructive feedback, and creating a positive and engaging environment that reflects Influur's brand and culture.
- • This role requires a proactive approach to building relationships with potential candidates, fostering a strong employer brand, and representing Influur at relevant industry events or online communities.
- • You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes, tools, and methodologies. This includes identifying areas for optimization, implementing new technologies, and developing scalable recruitment frameworks that can support Influur's rapid growth.
- • You will track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire, candidate pipeline health) to measure the effectiveness of your efforts and identify opportunities for enhancement.
- • The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the tech talent landscape, including current market trends, compensation benchmarks, and effective engagement strategies for hard-to-find specialists.
