- • You will own the end-to-end recruitment process for complex engineering roles, encompassing all stages from initial requisition to offer acceptance. This includes roles in areas such as backend, frontend, mobile, infrastructure, data, and security, requiring a broad understanding of different technical specializations.
- • Building and maintaining high-quality engineering talent pipelines is paramount. You will achieve this through proactive sourcing, leveraging employee referrals, and staying informed about market intelligence to anticipate future hiring needs.
- • A critical part of your role will be screening and assessing candidates against defined technical and performance outcomes. You will also facilitate structured debrief discussions with interview panels to ensure objective and thorough candidate evaluations.
- • You will lead the offer strategy, secure necessary approvals, manage negotiations, and develop proactive closing plans to secure top technical talent in a competitive landscape.
