• • Building and maintaining high-quality engineering talent pipelines is paramount. You will achieve this through proactive sourcing, leveraging employee referrals, and staying informed about market intelligence to anticipate future hiring needs.
• • A critical part of your role will be screening and assessing candidates against defined technical and performance outcomes. You will also facilitate structured debrief discussions with interview panels to ensure objective and thorough candidate evaluations.
