📋 Description

• • As Head of People at Polymarket Inc., you will own the human infrastructure of a rapidly growing prediction market platform, driving culture, systems, and leadership partnership to support elite talent and company scaling.
• • Day to day, you will define performance and behavioral standards, build onboarding and compliance systems, advise founders on high-stakes people decisions, design feedback and retention mechanisms, monitor team health, and implement disciplined, metrics-driven people operations.
• • Polymarket is the world’s largest prediction market platform, aggregating diverse opinions into transparent, market-based probabilities on real-world events, with $21B traded in 2025 and a mission to become a ubiquitous beacon of truth in global media.
• • In this role, you will shape the company’s culture from the ground up, build scalable people systems, earn trust across leadership and teams, and directly impact organizational health, performance, and retention during a critical phase of growth.
