- • As a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at FICO, you will play a critical role in building world-class talent pipelines across software development, technology operations, data science, AI, cybersecurity, and corporate services functions including legal, finance, and HR.
- • You will own the full recruiting lifecycle for requisitions spanning multiple business units, partner with senior business and HR leaders to design targeted hiring strategies, and ensure compliance with FICO standards while maintaining accurate requisition data.
- • You will leverage recruiting technologies like Workday and LinkedIn to improve efficiency and candidate experience, coordinate with external staffing vendors, and champion FICO’s employer value proposition to attract diverse, high-caliber talent.
- • You will track recruiting metrics, contribute to process improvements, build trusted partnerships with hiring managers, and influence talent decisions using market insights and data to support FICO’s mission of fueling innovation in decision management.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record of successfully hiring across technology domains such as software engineering, analytics, cybersecurity, cloud, and corporate operations.
- • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high-volume requisition loads independently while delivering high-quality candidate and hiring manager experiences.
- • Skilled in managing the full requisition lifecycle — from intake through offer — with attention to accurate data, budget alignment, and structured offer processes.
- • Strong understanding of recruiting systems and processes, with hands-on experience in Workday or a similar HRMS highly preferred.
- • Confidence in engaging with senior hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders, providing market insights and influencing talent decisions.
- • Ability to connect hiring outcomes to broader organizational priorities and business goals, and comfort managing ambiguity and evolving business needs.
