- • As a Recruiter on a 6-month fixed-term contract at Remote Referral Board Inc., you will play a critical role in scaling the company’s global talent acquisition efforts by hiring for GTM (Go-to-Market) and other key roles, directly contributing to Remote’s mission of democratizing global employment opportunities and distributing wealth across the world through inclusive, values-driven hiring.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing full-cycle recruitment for high-volume roles, partnering with Talent Sourcers to build pipelines for hard-to-fill positions, improving time-to-offer metrics, advocating for remote work and company values throughout the candidate experience, and continuously refining recruiting strategies using data and feedback.
- • You will join the People Team within a fully remote, globally distributed organization with team members across six continents, where innovation, autonomy, and asynchronous work are core to the culture, and where your contributions will help shape the future of work.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in global recruitment, gain hands-on experience with modern TA tools like Greenhouse, BrightHire, and GoodTime, develop data-driven hiring practices, and become a subject-matter expert in values-aligned, inclusive talent acquisition at a fast-growing tech scale-up.
