📋 Description

• • The Recruiting Coordinator (Groomer Recruiting) plays a critical role in keeping Barkbus LLC’s groomer hiring engine running at speed by partnering with the recruiting team to coordinate high-volume interviews, manage candidate communications, and ensure candidates move smoothly through every stage of the process.
• • Day to day, the role involves coordinating interviews across phone, video, and in-person stages—including complex Pawdition scheduling—managing candidate communications and follow-ups, supporting offer and pre-hire steps like background checks and onboarding handoffs, owning Pawdition execution from logistics to feedback tracking, delivering clear and thoughtful candidate communication, proactively sourcing groomer candidates via job boards and outreach, building and maintaining candidate pipelines, maintaining accurate ATS data, tracking recruiting activity and pipeline health, and identifying process improvements.

• • In this role, the person will develop expertise in high-volume recruiting coordination, gain hands-on experience with specialized assessment processes like Pawditions, strengthen skills in candidate experience management, pipeline development, ATS data hygiene, and cross-functional collaboration with hiring managers and field teams—positioning them for growth in talent acquisition, HR operations, or people coordination roles.
