📋 Description

• • As a Recruiter on a 6-month fixed-term contract at Remote Technologies Inc., you will play a pivotal role in scaling talent acquisition for a global HR technology company that enables compliant international hiring, payroll, and team management. Your work directly supports Remote’s mission to democratize opportunity and distribute wealth globally by building diverse, high-performing teams across continents.
• • Day to day, you will manage full-cycle recruitment for GTM (Go-to-Market) roles such as Sales and Marketing, partner with Talent Sourcers to build pipelines for hard-to-fill positions, optimize the recruiting process using tools like Greenhouse and BrightHire, track and report hiring metrics to leadership, and ensure an exceptional, values-aligned candidate experience that reflects Remote’s commitment to innovation, inclusion, and remote work advocacy.
• • You will join the People Team within a fully distributed, asynchronous organization spanning 6 continents, where innovation, autonomy, and cultural diversity are core values.
