- • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles across Engineering, Product, and Research functions—from sourcing through offer acceptance.
- • Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, team priorities, and hiring goals for technical positions.
- • Develop sourcing strategies tailored to the LATAM talent market, with a focus on passive outreach and engagement within technical communities.
- • Build and maintain talent pipelines by engaging with local universities, tech communities, online forums, and events across LATAM.
- • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring clarity, transparency, and consistent engagement throughout the recruitment process.
- • Support rapid growth of Nexus’s technical organization by identifying and attracting high-impact talent in Software Engineering, Engineering Leadership, and Product Management.
- • Work within the Talent Acquisition team to ensure operational excellence and scalability of hiring processes across the LATAM region and beyond.
- • Focus on sourcing top technical talent in LATAM, leveraging local networks and platforms to identify passive candidates with relevant technical backgrounds.
- • Align recruitment activities with Nexus’s mission to build the future of the Verifiable Internet through a globally distributed engineering and research team.
- • Maintain strong relationships with technical stakeholders to ensure hiring timelines, role specifications, and candidate quality meet organizational standards.
- • Contribute to employer branding efforts within LATAM’s tech ecosystem to position Nexus as a destination for world-class technical talent.
- • Coordinate interviews, schedule assessments, and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams across time zones.
- • Track recruitment metrics and provide feedback to improve hiring efficiency and candidate outcomes.
- • Ensure compliance with local labor practices and recruitment norms across LATAM countries while supporting a cross-continental hiring process.
- • Utilize data-driven approaches to evaluate sourcing channel effectiveness and optimize recruitment workflows for technical roles.
- • Represent Nexus in technical recruitment events, hackathons, and university career fairs within the LATAM region.
- • Collaborate with global Talent Acquisition partners to align strategies and share best practices for hiring technical talent internationally.
