- • Partner with Autodesk sales teams and authorized resellers to develop, manage, and execute strategies for closing business and enhancing customer success in their digital transformation journey.
- • Conduct assessments of customer processes to identify business issues, opportunities for improvement, and areas for Autodesk solution adoption using industry knowledge and technological trends.
- • Quantify and justify customer return on investment (ROI) through metrics to support technical closure and decision-making.
- • Position and sell Autodesk’s unique business values in competitive scenarios, differentiating offerings against rival solutions.
- • Deliver in-person, web-based, or virtual presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions to engage customers and stakeholders.
- • Lead all technical sales aspects of the Autodesk sales cycle, including qualification, value-focused demos, pilots, RFP submissions, roadmap presentations, and customer outcome proposals.
- • Manage the end-to-end technical evaluation process from initial engagement through post-sales handover, ensuring seamless transition and customer alignment.
- • Document all customer engagements in Salesforce, capturing quantifiable pain points, technical decision criteria, metrics, risks, and outcomes.
- • Influence product development and direction by providing direct customer feedback and identifying emerging business opportunities.
- • Support Autodesk resellers through technical sales activities and enablement, including creation of sales content to improve internal team knowledge and effectiveness.
- • Participate in company-sponsored events, trade shows, and industry forums to promote Autodesk solutions and address key customer business challenges.
- • Build trusted advisor relationships by deeply understanding customer business and technical workflows, requirements, and digital transformation goals.
- • Work within designated zones in Mexico, covering assigned territories based on business needs, with 50% expected travel time.
- • Report to the LATAM Technical Sales Director and operate with minimal daily instruction, taking initiative on assigned tasks and new projects.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally to align technical solutions with customer needs and sales objectives, ensuring cohesive execution across teams.
- • Promote Autodesk’s business values and culture within the AEC industry community through active engagement and thought leadership.
