  • • Lead end-to-end customer deployments and onboarding of Nightfall’s AI-native data loss prevention platform across enterprise and mid-market clients, including endpoint rollout, SaaS integrations, policy configuration, and detector setup.
  • • Design and implement custom policies and detectors tailored to customer-specific use cases, compliance requirements, and data classification needs.
  • • Deliver administrator training, investigation workshops, and enablement sessions to ensure customer teams can effectively operate and maintain the Nightfall platform.
  • • Build and support custom technical solutions such as API integrations, SIEM/SOAR connectors, data migrations, and one-off configuration tasks to meet unique customer requirements.
  • • Install, configure, and integrate the Nightfall platform within complex customer environments, including managing access controls, encryption protocols, and cloud infrastructure dependencies.
  • • Perform ongoing policy tuning, performance optimization, and capacity planning to adapt to evolving customer environments and scale usage.
  • • Conduct recurring health checks to reduce alert noise, improve detection accuracy, and ensure long-term platform stability and effectiveness.
  • • Act as a senior escalation point for high-severity technical issues, owning resolution from initial report through final closure and customer communication.
  • • Troubleshoot advanced issues related to policy logic, false positives/negatives, integration failures, and AI-driven detection anomalies.
  • • Partner with Engineering and Product teams to diagnose platform issues, provide clear repro steps, and drive product improvements based on real-world customer feedback.
  • • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Solutions Engineering to support customer adoption, renewal cycles, and expansion opportunities.
  • • Serve as a technical liaison between customers and internal teams, translating business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
  • • Maintain detailed documentation of deployment architectures, configuration changes, and resolution paths for knowledge sharing and audit readiness.
  • • Stay current with evolving security threats, SaaS platform updates, and AI/ML detection advancements to ensure optimal platform utilization.
  • • Provide technical guidance during sales cycles to support technical validation, proof-of-concept demonstrations, and post-sale transition.
  • • Ensure all customer interactions reflect a customer-first mindset, prioritizing clarity, responsiveness, and long-term value realization.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4+ years of experience in a Technical Support, Professional Services, Solutions Consultant, or Customer Engineering role in B2B SaaS.
  • • Hands-on experience with security or data platforms such as DLP, SIEM, SOAR, CASB, or cloud security solutions.
  • • Strong troubleshooting skills and comfort working with APIs, integrations, logs, and SaaS/cloud architectures.
  • • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to security, IT, and engineering stakeholders.
  • • Experience managing multiple customer engagements or projects concurrently.
  • • Strong written and verbal communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
