  • • As a Technical Solutions Engineer at Stripe, you will serve as a critical bridge between the company’s developer users and its engineering teams, ensuring seamless integration and adoption of Stripe’s financial infrastructure platform. Your work directly enables businesses worldwide to launch and scale their operations using Stripe’s APIs, making you instrumental in advancing Stripe’s mission to increase the GDP of the internet.
  • • Day to day, you will communicate with external developers across multiple programming languages to troubleshoot integration challenges, build and debug implementations, create and maintain technical documentation and code samples, identify product friction points, collaborate with engineering teams on improvements, develop internal support tools like LLM-powered copilots, and act as a developer advocate by training internal non-technical teams and responding to real-time product questions.
  • • You will join the Technical Solutions Engineering (TSE) team, which is renowned for its deep developer empathy and role as the primary liaison between Stripe and its developer community. The team is largely remote, values autonomy and teaching culture, and is committed to fostering inclusive work arrangements that support family care and personal needs while maintaining high technical excellence.
  • • In this role, you will deepen your full-stack expertise across languages like Java, Python, Ruby, PHP, Go, NodeJS, .NET, ReactJS, React Native, Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, and Android Java; refine your ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences; gain influence in product development by feeding real-user insights into engineering cycles; and grow as a technical educator and advocate — all while contributing to a mission-driven company shaping the future of global commerce.

  • • At least 4 years of full-stack software development experience with a proven track record of building high-quality web or mobile applications
  • • Direct experience explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
