📋 Description

• • As a Technical Solutions Lead at Tempo Labs Inc., you will own the full customer journey for enterprise partners building on the company's layer-1 blockchain designed for stablecoins and real-world payments, acting as the connective tissue between product, engineering, and partnerships teams and external stakeholders including enterprises, ecosystem partners, validators, and integrators.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include supporting pre-sales activities by partnering with the Partnerships team to provide technical depth during deal cycles, serving as a consultative design partner to map partner use cases to Tempo’s architecture, and helping structure integration scopes, success criteria, and launch timelines before contracts are signed; post-sales, you will own end-to-end partner success by managing onboarding programs, serving as the primary escalation point for technical and operational issues, establishing health metrics and QBRs, and coordinating across engineering and product to drive resolutions.
• • You will operate within a fast-moving, early-stage team primarily based in San Francisco and NYC offices, working alongside design partners from global leaders in AI, e-commerce, and financial services such as Anthropic, Coupang, Deutsche Bank, DoorDash, Mercury, Nubank, OpenAI, Revolut, Shopify, Standard Chartered, Visa, and others, all focused on bringing substantial economic flows onchain through a payment-first blockchain infrastructure.
• • In this founding role, you will have the opportunity to define what great customer success looks like at Tempo by building scalable playbooks, relationships, and feedback loops from the ground up, turning early design partners into long-term ecosystem anchors while developing deep expertise in blockchain infrastructure, enterprise B2B sales motions, and cross-functional collaboration between technical and business stakeholders.
