- • As a Technical Sourcer at Zip, you will play a critical role in building the company’s Engineering, Product, and Design teams by identifying, engaging, and screening top technical talent in a fast-growing AI-powered procurement platform.
- • Day to day, you will source and attract Software Engineering, Product & Design candidates, build a strong pipeline for evergreen and high-priority roles, engage and vet technical candidates, manage interview processes, and partner with hiring leaders to define ideal candidate profiles while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.
- • You will join Zip’s recruiting team within a mission-driven company backed by top investors and trusted by industry leaders like T-Mobile, OpenAI, and AMD, where innovation in enterprise procurement is powered by AI and human collaboration.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in technical sourcing at scale, deepen your understanding of engineering and product roles, refine your ability to assess talent in ambiguous environments, and contribute to Zip’s growth as it scales toward a $2.2B valuation.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in engineering sourcing
- • Proven success sourcing for engineering roles including backend, frontend, fullstack, data engineering, security engineering, machine learning, infrastructure, SRE, DevOps, and AI engineers
- • Strong experience working with ATS platforms; Ashby experience preferred
