📋 Description

• As a Technical Sourcer at Replit, you will be the primary architect of the talent pipeline for Product and Engineering teams, identifying and engaging top-tier technical talent to support the company’s mission of democratizing software development through natural language.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include strategic pipeline building for Software Engineering, Product Management, and Design roles; leveraging AI-driven sourcing tools and agents; conducting deep research across GitHub, Twitter (X), competitive startups, and niche developer communities; crafting highly personalized outreach; partnering with Recruiters and Engineering Leads to refine search strategies; and using data to iterate and improve sourcing effectiveness.
• You will join a mission-driven team at Replit, an agentic software creation platform with millions of users worldwide, focused on removing barriers to application creation and fostering a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and technical excellence.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in technical talent mapping, AI-enhanced sourcing strategies, and data-driven recruitment optimization, while contributing directly to the growth of a high-impact engineering organization shaping the future of software creation.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of technical sourcing experience, preferably at a high-growth startup or top-tier tech firm
• Technical fluency: ability to navigate GitHub profiles, understand tech stacks, and assess fit for EPD (Engineering, Product, Design) teams
• Persistence and hunter mentality: enjoyment of solving highly specific, difficult sourcing challenges
• Self-directed, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to move quickly in a fast-paced engineering environment
• Experience with ATS platforms such as Ashby (preferred) or Greenhouse
• Proficiency with sourcing tools including Juicebox, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, GitHub, and Twitter (X)
