- • As a Technical Sourcer for Product & Design at Deliveroo, you will play a key role in identifying and engaging world-class talent across global markets, directly impacting the company’s ability to innovate and scale by building proactive, high-quality talent pipelines.
- • You will own proactive sourcing for Product Management and Design roles across international regions, design and execute inclusive sourcing strategies, craft personalised outreach to passive candidates, and partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate role requirements and share market insights.
- • You will join a mission-driven, technology-focused team at Deliveroo’s London HQ, where autonomy, ownership, and innovation are valued, and where you’ll contribute to transforming how the world eats and shops through food delivery and retail innovation.
- • You will develop expertise in strategic sourcing, data-driven talent mapping, DEI-inclusive practices, and stakeholder partnership, gaining the ability to shape sourcing strategy and influence hiring outcomes for senior and specialist roles in product and design.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, with a focus on Product Management and/or Design roles in a global technology company
- • Proven ability to build high-quality pipelines for senior and specialist roles through proactive, creative sourcing
- • Strong Boolean and advanced search skills across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
- • Experience sourcing across multiple geographies, with an understanding of regional talent market nuances
- • Skilled at crafting personalised, compelling outreach that converts passive candidates
- • Comfortable using data to measure effectiveness and continuously improve your approach
