• • As a Technical Sourcer / Recruiting Coordinator at Up Labs Inc., you will play a critical role in building and maintaining high-quality talent pipelines across Product, Engineering, Data, and Design functions, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience from initial outreach to onboarding.
• • Day to day, you will proactively source technical and creative talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and niche channels; craft personalized outreach; schedule and coordinate interviews across time zones; manage candidate communications; maintain accurate ATS records; prepare offer documents; and support onboarding logistics while partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to keep searches moving efficiently.

• • In this role, you will develop expertise in technical talent sourcing, recruiting coordination, and talent acquisition operations, gaining hands-on experience with ATS systems, sourcing tools, and employer branding while contributing to process improvements that enhance hiring speed and candidate experience.
