  • • As a Technical Success Manager I at New Relic, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers in the Delhi/NCR region, bridging deep observability expertise with strategic business outcomes to drive retention, expansion, and long-term value realization.
  • • You will lead strategic customer engagements by managing the full lifecycle of complex enterprise accounts, ensuring alignment between New Relic’s consumption-based platform and customers’ evolving technical and financial goals.
  • • Day to day, you will build and maintain deep relationships with C-suite and technical stakeholders, acting as their primary advocate within New Relic while translating business objectives into technical success plans.
  • • You will partner with sales teams to identify and qualify expansion opportunities by aligning New Relic’s observability capabilities with customers’ key performance indicators and consumption trends.
  • • Proactively monitor account health, usage patterns, and consumption rates to detect early signs of churn or underutilization, then design and execute targeted intervention strategies to restore value and drive retention.
  • • Develop and execute high-impact pilot programs that demonstrate advanced observability use cases in infrastructure monitoring, APM, and cloud-native environments to showcase tangible ROI.
  • • Collaborate closely with cross-functional account teams, providing mentorship to junior members and contributing strategic insights to solve complex customer challenges.
  • • Leverage hands-on expertise in Java, .NET, and Go Lang, along with deep knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP, CI/CD pipelines, and AIOps practices to troubleshoot issues and guide customers toward optimal configurations.
  • • Drive rapid onboarding velocity by ensuring customers achieve "First Value" within 30–35 days through structured adoption plans, technical enablement, and success milestone tracking.
  • • Apply value-based selling principles to link technical implementations directly to business outcomes such as reduced MTTR, improved system reliability, and cost optimization.
  • • Maintain rigorous Salesforce hygiene and opportunity tracking to support accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and seamless handoffs between teams.
  • • Travel within the Delhi/NCR region and occasionally beyond to engage with customers onsite, attend workshops, and strengthen relationships through face-to-face interaction.
  • • Work within New Relic’s flexible workforce model, choosing from office-based, remote, or hybrid arrangements to best support your productivity and work-life balance.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 8+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, or Senior DevOps Engineer
  • • Expert-level proficiency in observability platforms with hands-on expertise in Infrastructure monitoring and Application Performance Monitoring (APM)
  • • Deep troubleshooting experience in enterprise languages including Java, .NET, and Go Lang
  • • Strong understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern DevOps practices including CI/CD and AIOps
  • • Proven ability to link technical activities to business and financial outcomes using value-based selling methodologies
  • • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging and influencing senior engineering and executive stakeholders
  • • Experience managing consumption-based business models and maintaining Salesforce (SFDC) hygiene for opportunity tracking
  • • Willingness to travel within Delhi/NCR and occasionally beyond as business needs require
