  • • As a Technical Support Engineer 2 at Twilio, you will serve as the voice of Twilio to customers and partners, acting as a subject matter expert for Twilio’s APIs and SDKs to ensure optimal product experiences.
  • • Day to day, you will use strong technical and diplomatic skills to address customer issues, troubleshoot complex problems involving SIP, VoIP, network connectivity, and QoS, collaborate with developers and architects to resolve high-impact problems, file JIRAs for reproducible bugs, review internal knowledge to stay current, and assist in process improvements by surfacing customer pain points.
  • • You will join Twilio’s Voice, Platform Application & Segment teams in a remote-first, globally inclusive culture that values connection and innovation, reporting to a Manager, Technical Support based in Bengaluru, with shift work required to support APJ and EMEA customers.
  • • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in telecommunications, APIs, and full-stack troubleshooting, develop influence across technical and non-technical audiences, and contribute to product improvements by leveraging customer feedback, all while growing your career in a company that empowers employees to drive positive change.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2+ years of Technical Support Experience or similar relevant experience
  • • Full-Stack Javascript Tech Support experience with capabilities to troubleshoot server-side code (Node.js, C#, Java, or Python) and client-side code (JavaScript), with React.js as a bonus
  • • Good understanding of APIs, HTTP Protocol, and RESTful services
  • • Experience troubleshooting SIP, VoIP, and IP telephony issues
  • • High competency in communicating complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences via phone or email
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
