- • As a Technical Support Engineer at Crogl, you will serve as a Customer Success Engineer, playing a critical role in empowering high-performance security teams by ensuring seamless operation and continuous improvement of Crogl’s cutting-edge AI-driven security analytics platform.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include owning the customer support experience across ticketing, email, and Slack channels—triage, reproduce, and resolve technical issues; actively engaging in the Crogl practitioner community to answer questions and build relationships; diagnosing technical issues in hybrid, on-prem, and cloud environments by partnering with Engineering on root cause analysis and fix delivery; building and maintaining the knowledge base through runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and FAQs; and acting as the voice of the customer by aggregating support trends to inform Product and Engineering teams.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of experience in technical support, customer engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role
- • Strong debugging and log-analysis skills with a track record of resolving complex technical issues across distributed systems
- • Familiarity with API and data integration concepts, including understanding of coding languages such as TypeScript, Go, or Python
- • Experience with applications deployed in secure customer networks involving cloud and data center infrastructure
- • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences with empathy
- • Comfort working asynchronously in public forums like Slack and contributing to shared knowledge bases
