📋 Description
- • As a Technical Support Engineer at CodeRabbit, you will serve as the critical bridge between advanced AI-powered code review technology and developers worldwide, ensuring customers maximize value from our innovative human-machine collaboration systems.
- • Day to day, you will troubleshoot complex technical issues, educate customers on optimal product usage via Zoom calls and support channels, collaborate with sales on conversion and retention, work with developers to identify defects and improvement opportunities, analyze customer feedback to refine the product, maintain knowledge bases, and provide rotational on-call support to uphold service excellence.
- • CodeRabbit is an R&D-focused company pioneering Gen AI-driven code reviewers that combine language models with human expertise to surpass individual engineer performance, operating at the forefront of AI-assisted software development with a mission to enhance development efficiency and quality globally.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AI-powered developer tools, influence product evolution through real-world customer insights, master technical advocacy in emerging tech domains, and develop cross-functional collaboration skills while establishing best practices for customer success in AI-assisted development.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- • At least 2 years in technical support, software engineering, or customer-facing technical role
- • Proficiency in at least one programming language and strong understanding of software development principles, particularly Git
- • Experience with code review processes and tools
- • Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to debug complex technical issues
- • Experience with ticketing systems and CRM tools is a plus
