- • As a Technical Support Specialist at Wealth.com Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless technology operations for employees worldwide, supporting the company’s mission to deliver AI-powered wealth management solutions during a period of rapid growth and pre-product launch.
- • Day to day, you will maintain software and hardware inventories, manage user accounts and access controls, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via Jira tickets, set up and configure Mac and PC systems, deploy equipment for new hires, enforce IT policies, document procedures, partner with HR and Security on onboarding, work with laptop vendors, train end-users on IT best practices, support office equipment, and write basic scripts to automate tasks.
- • You will join a collaborative, high-performing team at Wealth.com, a Great Place to Work®-certified company recognized for innovation in AI wealth management, reporting directly to the VP of Security in a hybrid role based in Tempe, AZ.
- • In this role, you will gain hands-on experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure in a fast-growing tech environment, develop expertise in cross-platform support (Mac/Windows), strengthen scripting and automation skills, and contribute to scalable onboarding and security processes while advancing your technical problem-solving and communication abilities.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2 years of experience supporting hardware and software applications
- • Experience with laptop hardware, software applications, operating systems and network connectivity
- • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment
- • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users
- • Experience troubleshooting both Mac and Windows operating systems
- • Strong knowledge of Google Workspace
- • Scripting knowledge: bash/python/powershell or other languages
- • Experience with networking concepts such as IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs, and familiarity with network hardware such as routers and switches
