- • As an Enterprise Technical Support Specialist at Airtable, you will serve as the trusted technical expert for enterprise customers, ensuring they unlock the full potential of the platform by resolving complex issues and guiding them toward optimal workflows.
- • Day to day, you will provide expert troubleshooting across email and video calls, deliver empathetic and timely support, escalate complex issues when needed, document interactions in Salesforce, contribute to the knowledge base, and educate customers on new features and best practices.
- • You will join Airtable’s Enterprise Technical Support Team, a pivotal group that works closely with a diverse range of customers—including 80% of the Fortune 100—to solve business challenges and drive success through seamless platform adoption.
- • In this role, you will deepen your technical expertise in Airtable’s no-code platform, develop advanced problem-solving and communication skills, influence product improvements through customer feedback, and grow your impact in a mission-driven, innovative B2B tech environment.
