Technical Virtual Assistant (Operations, Shopify & Design Support)

• • This Technical Virtual Assistant role supports a business owner managing a construction firm and a growing furniture retail store, requiring ownership across operations, systems, and visual/design tasks with a strong focus on Shopify and product visualization.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing multiple email inboxes (3+), setting up email rules and automations, responding to emails on behalf of the client, summarizing key updates, managing Shopify product tasks, researching and implementing Shopify apps and integrations, pulling product data into workflows, assisting with email marketing campaigns, creating and editing visual content using Canva, supporting social media initiatives, tracking data and KPIs, working with Excel (Power BI as a bonus), creating furniture layouts and mood boards, using Shopify and connected apps for visual designs, helping create customer-facing visual representations like room concepts, and supporting visual content for marketing.
