- • As a Technical Writer at Seccl Technology Limited, you will play a pivotal role in making complex investment technology accessible and understandable for developers, partners, and internal teams by creating clear, accurate, and user-focused documentation that supports product adoption and commercial success.
- • You will own the creation and maintenance of user guides, API documentation, release notes, and implementation materials, ensuring technical accuracy, consistency, and ease of use while evolving documentation standards in alignment with Seccl’s brand voice and developer experience goals.
- • You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, and customer-facing teams to translate technical changes into accessible content, manage documentation systems and version control, and champion clarity across all product-related materials.
- • You will join a mission-driven, B-Corp certified company backed by Octopus Group, operating at the forefront of embedded investment technology with a culture that values transparency, inclusivity, and continuous learning.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in fintech and developer documentation, shape the voice and standards of Seccl’s technical content, and grow your impact through ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and the freedom to innovate in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience creating and maintaining technical documentation for SaaS or developer-focused products, preferably in fintech or API-driven environments.
- • Strong ability to understand and translate complex technical concepts—including APIs, developer tooling, and system specifications—into clear, accurate, and user-friendly guidance.
- • Proficiency with documentation platforms, version control systems (e.g., Git), and/or static site generators, with a keen eye for detail, consistency, and quality in content.
