- • Day-to-day responsibilities include writing and updating user guides, help articles, API documentation, release notes, and training materials; collaborating with product, engineering, and support teams to gather technical information; ensuring documentation aligns with product updates and user needs; maintaining consistency in style, tone, and terminology across all customer-facing content.
- • Cin7 is a rapidly scaling SaaS company dedicated to becoming the world’s leading inventory management software brand, serving product sellers globally with multi-channel sales and inventory tracking solutions.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in technical communication for complex SaaS products, gain experience working in a fast-paced tech environment, improve your ability to translate technical concepts into accessible language, and contribute directly to customer success and product adoption through high-quality documentation.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Technical Writer, Content Developer, or similar role in a technology or SaaS environment
- • Strong ability to write clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation for diverse audiences
- • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and support to gather information
- • Familiarity with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, Notion, or similar platforms
- • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and consistency
- • Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts in simple, user-friendly language
