• • As a Technicien itinérant (Field Technician) at Enovis Corporation, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service and technical expertise across France, ensuring the seamless operation of our advanced medical devices.
• • Your primary responsibility will involve the installation and commissioning of Enovis Class IIa medical devices directly at client sites, adhering strictly to all current regulatory requirements to guarantee safety and compliance.
• • You will meticulously document all interventions, maintaining accurate records of installations, maintenance, repairs, and safety checks, which is crucial for regulatory compliance and internal quality control.
• • A significant part of your role will be dedicated to performing essential repairs, routine maintenance, and electrical safety checks on client premises, ensuring the longevity and optimal performance of our medical equipment.
• • Beyond technical support, you will play a vital role in promoting and executing maintenance and service contracts with clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships and ensuring they receive the full value of our service offerings.
• • You will be empowered to identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling additional equipment, accessories, and services, directly contributing to the company's growth and revenue targets.
• • A key aspect of your role will be to act as a conduit between our clients and internal teams, effectively relaying client needs, feedback, and commercial opportunities to the sales force and the after-sales service (SAV) team based in Mouguerre.
• • You will be responsible for training end-users on the proper handling, safe operation, and basic maintenance of the devices, ensuring they are confident and competent in using the equipment.
• • A crucial part of your mission is to educate clients on best practices for usage and maintenance, thereby optimizing the lifespan of the equipment and minimizing potential downtime.
• • You will collaborate closely with the sales force and the SAV team in Mouguerre, fostering a cohesive and efficient operational workflow to address client needs promptly and effectively.
• • You will represent Enovis at professional events, including trade shows, conferences, and demonstrations, acting as a knowledgeable and professional ambassador for our After-Sales Service department.
• • You will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of SAV processes and initiatives aimed at enhancing overall customer satisfaction, providing valuable feedback from the field.
• • You are expected to diligently implement all defined environmental and safety objectives at your level, promptly reporting any environmental or safety malfunctions to your management.
