📋 Description

• As a Technology, AI, Privacy & Compliance Counsel at The Allstate Corporation, you will provide strategic legal guidance on AI governance, technology, risk, compliance, and privacy for enterprise-wide initiatives involving emerging technologies.
• Day to day, you will conduct complex legal research on evolving laws such as GLBA, FCRA, CCPA, GDPR, and the EU AI Act; advise on commercial transactions, technology product development, data management, and cybersecurity risks; and collaborate with risk, compliance, technology, and business teams to support responsible innovation.
• You will join Allstate’s Business Law division within the Law and Regulation department, supporting a company with over 90 years of innovation in protecting customers through advancements in telematics, device and identity protection, and now responsible AI.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AI and data governance, influence enterprise-wide compliance strategies, and help shape the future of ethical technology use in a highly regulated industry while building cross-functional relationships across geographies.
