• • The Technology and Innovation - Business Analyst (Salesforce) role at Riveron Consulting serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving Salesforce and Lead-to-Cash initiatives from discovery through deployment to improve sales, revenue, service, and customer lifecycle processes.
• • Day to day, the Business Analyst leads requirements gathering through stakeholder interviews and workshops, analyzes and documents current- and future-state business processes, develops business requirements documents and user stories, manages product backlogs, facilitates design sessions, supports Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ/Revenue Cloud and L2C processes, coordinates UAT and testing activities, validates configurations and integrations, maintains requirements traceability, and participates in Agile ceremonies while supporting change management and user adoption.
