• • The Technology Audit and Governance - Assistant Vice President role at iCapital Network LLC is critical for ensuring the integrity, compliance, and efficiency of the firm’s software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technology controls. This position supports governance, risk management, and audit readiness, particularly for SOC 2 compliance, while enabling secure and auditable technology operations across the organization.
• • Day to day, the incumbent will coordinate and perform internal audits of SOC 2 controls, assist in governing SDLC processes and tool configurations, create and maintain process documentation, develop and monitor SGIA (Secure Governance, Implementation, and Assurance) processes, support the annual SOC 2 audit, and administer Jira including user support and configuration assistance.
• • iCapital Network LLC is a financial technology company focused on democratizing access to alternative investments. The Technology Audit and Governance team works closely with Head of SDLC Governance, Internal Audit, and cross-functional technology teams to enforce compliance, improve process transparency, and strengthen control frameworks across the enterprise.
• • In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in IT governance, compliance frameworks (especially SOC 2), automation of audit processes, and toolchain administration (Jira, GitLab, Vanta). They will gain experience in bridging technical operations with audit and risk functions, develop leadership capabilities in process improvement, and contribute to enterprise-wide control excellence in a high-growth fintech environment.
