📋 Description
- • Are you a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) seeking a dynamic and impactful role that offers the flexibility of remote work while maintaining a strong connection to clinical practice and client outcomes? Centria Autism is actively seeking dedicated BCBAs to join our innovative Telehealth team, serving clients across Massachusetts. In this pivotal position, you will leverage cutting-edge technology to lead and deliver high-quality, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services virtually. You will be instrumental in partnering with families and dedicated Behavior Technicians, ensuring that compassionate and effective care is seamlessly integrated into the clients' natural environments.
- • This role is ideal for BCBAs who value autonomy and seek to balance personal priorities, such as location needs or family commitments, with a fulfilling career. Centria’s virtual model is meticulously designed to provide you with the essential support, advanced tools, and collaborative environment needed to remain connected, highly effective, and deeply satisfied in your professional journey. You will be empowered to make a significant difference in the lives of children with autism and their families, all while enjoying the benefits of a remote-first approach.
- • While the role is primarily remote, it requires periodic travel to the designated market within Massachusetts. Centria Healthcare is committed to supporting your fieldwork by covering all travel expenses, ensuring that your clinical responsibilities are met without personal financial burden. This hybrid approach allows for essential in-person interactions and strengthens the therapeutic alliance with families and technicians.
- • As a Telehealth BCBA at Centria, your core responsibilities will encompass providing exceptional clinical oversight for in-home ABA services delivered via telehealth platforms. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized treatment plans grounded in ABA principles, and ensuring these plans are assent-based and tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. A significant aspect of your role will involve providing remote coaching, supervision, and ongoing support to Behavior Technicians in the field, equipping them with the skills and confidence to implement interventions effectively.
- • You will also lead virtual family training sessions, empowering caregivers with the knowledge and strategies to reinforce therapeutic techniques and promote consistency in the home environment. Maintaining the highest standards of clinical services is paramount; this will be achieved through regular, structured supervision sessions and rigorous data-driven decision-making. Your expertise will guide the team in monitoring client progress, adapting interventions as needed, and celebrating successes.
- • Centria Autism is committed to fostering a culture of clinical excellence and innovation. We champion assent-based care, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Practical Functional Assessment (PFA) and Skills-Based Treatment (SBT). These methodologies are delivered within natural environments to maximize generalization and ensure that interventions are not only effective but also respectful and client-centered. You will be at the forefront of implementing these advanced therapeutic approaches.
- • Our proprietary CareConnect platform is engineered to streamline your workflow, making remote supervision, programming, documentation, and progress monitoring intuitive and efficient. This robust technological infrastructure ensures that you have the tools necessary to manage your caseload effectively and maintain high-quality clinical services without operational friction. We believe that technology should empower clinicians, not hinder them.
- • We understand the importance of work-life balance. Centria is dedicated to providing predictable caseloads and manageable schedules, supported by dedicated operational teams. This structure is designed to prevent burnout and eliminate last-minute disruptions, allowing you to maintain a healthy equilibrium between your professional and personal life. You will find a supportive ecosystem where your well-being is a priority.
- • You will never feel isolated in your role. Centria offers layered support from experienced Clinical Directors, Area Clinical Directors, and our specialized Clinical Excellence Team. This comprehensive support network ensures that you always have access to guidance, mentorship, and collaborative problem-solving, reinforcing your clinical decision-making and professional development.
- • Operational logistics are handled by Centria, freeing you to focus on what you do best: providing exceptional clinical care. Our operations team manages scheduling, technician onboarding, and other administrative tasks, ensuring a smooth and efficient service delivery model. This allows you to dedicate your time and energy to clinical work and client relationships.
- • Career growth at Centria is tailored to your aspirations. Whether you are passionate about mentoring aspiring BCBAs, leading clinical training initiatives, or advancing into leadership roles, we provide opportunities and support for your professional development. We believe in nurturing talent and empowering our clinicians to reach their full potential.
- • We invest significantly in your continuous learning and development. This includes providing CEU stipends, paid CEU days, and access to exclusive internal training events designed to keep your skills sharp and introduce you to the latest advancements in ABA and autism care. Your growth is our priority.
- • Centria offers a comprehensive compensation package, including a competitive base salary ranging from $85,000 to $95,000, coupled with attractive weekly and monthly bonus opportunities that typically average an additional $1,000 per month. This structure rewards your dedication and performance.
- • Furthermore, we offer a unique set of perks designed to enhance your overall experience, including an annual, all-inclusive vacation for two, early wage access, the choice of a company car or mileage reimbursement for travel, and a full suite of benefits. We also operate without a non-compete clause, ensuring your career mobility and freedom.
- • At Centria, you are more than just a BCBA; you are a vital clinical leader, a dedicated mentor, and a catalyst for positive change. If you are prepared to advance your career while upholding your professional values and commitment to ethical practice, we encourage you to apply today. Join a team that is genuinely invested in your clinical excellence and overall success.
