Full Job Description
š Description
- ⢠As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Centria Autism, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-quality, compassionate Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services through a cutting-edge telehealth model. This role offers the unique advantage of providing impactful clinical oversight for in-home ABA services remotely, allowing you to connect with families and behavior technicians across multiple locations without being physically tethered to a single office. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap for families who need accessible, effective autism care, leveraging technology to bring expert guidance directly into their homes.
- ⢠Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional clinical leadership and support to our dedicated Behavior Technicians in the field. This involves conducting regular virtual coaching and supervision sessions, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to implement behavior plans effectively. You will foster a collaborative environment where technicians feel supported, valued, and empowered to provide the best possible care to our clients.
- ⢠A core component of this role is the development and implementation of individualized behavior plans. You will utilize your expertise in ABA principles to create comprehensive, assent-based plans tailored to the unique needs of each client. This includes conducting thorough assessments, analyzing data, and making data-driven decisions to ensure treatment efficacy and client progress. The focus will be on employing modern, ethical practices such as Practical Functional Assessment (PFA) and Skills-Based Treatment (SBT) to promote meaningful skill acquisition and reduce challenging behaviors.
- ⢠You will play a vital role in empowering families by leading virtual training sessions. These sessions are designed to educate parents and caregivers on ABA principles, reinforce treatment strategies, and promote consistency in the application of interventions within the natural home environment. By equipping families with the tools and understanding to support their child's development, you contribute significantly to the generalization of learned skills and long-term success.
- ⢠Maintaining the highest standards of clinical services is paramount. This involves meticulous documentation, regular progress monitoring, and ongoing data analysis to inform treatment adjustments. You will ensure that all services provided adhere to Centria's clinical protocols, ethical guidelines, and best practices in the field of ABA. Your commitment to quality will be supported by our robust clinical infrastructure and dedicated support teams.
- ⢠The hybrid nature of this role means you will periodically travel to the market for essential in-person interactions, such as initial assessments, complex case consultations, or team meetings. Centria Healthcare covers all travel expenses, ensuring that these necessary trips are seamless and cost-free for you. This blend of remote flexibility and occasional in-person engagement allows for a comprehensive and well-rounded approach to client care.
- ⢠You will leverage Centria's proprietary *CareConnect* platform, a sophisticated technological solution designed to streamline remote supervision, programming, documentation, and progress monitoring. This intuitive platform is built to enhance your efficiency, making your day-to-day tasks more manageable and allowing you to focus more on clinical work and less on administrative burdens.
- ⢠Centria is committed to fostering a supportive work environment where BCBAs are never alone. You will benefit from layered support from Clinical Directors, Area Clinical Directors, and our specialized Clinical Excellence Team. This network ensures that you have access to guidance, mentorship, and collaborative problem-solving whenever you need it, fostering professional growth and clinical confidence.
- ⢠We understand the importance of work-life balance. This role is designed with predictable caseloads and manageable schedules, supported by dedicated operations teams who handle the logistical complexities of scheduling and technician onboarding. This structure aims to prevent burnout and ensure a sustainable career path.
- ⢠Your career growth is a priority. Centria offers numerous opportunities for professional development, including mentoring aspiring BCBAs, leading clinical training initiatives, and pathways into leadership roles. We are invested in helping you advance your career on your own terms, providing the resources and support needed to achieve your professional goals.
- ⢠Centria invests in your continuous learning and development through CEU stipends and paid CEU days, alongside exclusive internal training events. This commitment ensures you stay at the cutting edge of ABA practices and professional development.
- ⢠The role also includes attractive compensation, with a base salary ranging from $80,000ā$95,000, complemented by weekly and monthly bonus opportunities that typically average an additional $1,000 per month. This structure rewards your dedication and clinical success.
- ⢠As a clinical leader and changemaker at Centria, you will contribute to a mission-driven organization that prioritizes compassionate, high-quality care. If you are seeking a role that combines flexibility, professional growth, and meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply and join a team that truly invests in its clinicians.
