• • Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional clinical leadership and support to our dedicated Behavior Technicians in the field. This involves conducting regular virtual coaching and supervision sessions, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to implement behavior plans effectively. You will foster a collaborative environment where technicians feel supported, valued, and empowered to provide the best possible care to our clients.
• • A core component of this role is the development and implementation of individualized behavior plans. You will utilize your expertise in ABA principles to create comprehensive, assent-based plans tailored to the unique needs of each client. This includes conducting thorough assessments, analyzing data, and making data-driven decisions to ensure treatment efficacy and client progress. The focus will be on employing modern, ethical practices such as Practical Functional Assessment (PFA) and Skills-Based Treatment (SBT) to promote meaningful skill acquisition and reduce challenging behaviors.
