- • The Physician Assistant will be responsible for caring for children and adults with eating disorders via Equip’s 100% virtual Telehealth platform.
- • Physician Assistants are essential members of Equip's 5-person virtual treatment team, working alongside a therapist, dietitian, peer mentor, and family mentor to help people recover from eating disorders.
- • Responsibilities include managing a high volume patient case-load, providing comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of eating disorders and co-occurring psychiatric conditions, implementing medication treatment plans, collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team, and utilizing between-session messaging to support patients.
- • The Physician Assistant will also engage in treatment team meetings, supervision, and department meetings, and perform other duties as assigned.
- • Qualifications include being Board Certified as a Physician Assistant, having 3+ years of experience treating pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients in an outpatient setting, and demonstrating a commitment to providing excellent evidence-based care.
- • The Physician Assistant will work full-time, Monday - Friday, between 8am-8pm in the Patient's timezone, and will be required to attend mandatory meetings.
- • Compensation includes an earning potential range of $110,000 to $150,000 Annually + 15% Performance Bonus Potential, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D insurance, as well as a 401K option.
- • Other benefits include a student loan repayment program, continuing education opportunities, and a work-from-home stipend.

🎯 Requirements
- • Board Certified as a Physician Assistant
- • 3+ years of experience treating pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients in an outpatient setting
- • Ability to maintain active Physician Assistant licenses and pursue cross licensing as applicable
- • Ability to commit to working until 6 pm two evenings per week
