📋 Description

• The Physician Assistant will be responsible for caring for children and adults with eating disorders via Equip’s 100% virtual Telehealth platform.
• Physician Assisants are essential members of Equip's 5-person virtual treatment team, working alongside a therapist, dietitian, peer mentor, and family mentor to help people recover from eating disorders.
• Must be actively licensed in Indiana.
• Responsibilities include managing a high volume patient case-load, providing comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of eating disorders and co-occurring psychiatric conditions, implementing medication treatment plans, collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team, utilizing between-session messaging, and performing other duties as assigned.
• Working Hours - Eastern Time.
• Qualifications include Board Certified as a Physician Assistant, ability to maintain active Physician Assistant licenses, 3+ years of experience treating pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients in an outpatient setting, and a commitment to providing excellent evidence-based care.
• Working Hours-Full-Time.
• Equip allows Patient Scheduling, Monday - Friday, between 8am-8pm in the Patient's timezone.
• Ability to provide direct patient care, including new patients and follow-up sessions, and ability to commit to working until 6 pm two evenings per week.
• Ability to attend mandatory meetings.
• Compensation includes Earning Potential Range: $120,000 to $150,000 Annually + 15% Performance Bonus Potential.
