📋 Description

• As a Teleoperation Trainer at Sereact GmbH, you will play a critical role in bridging operations and engineering by training teleoperation operators, ensuring data quality, and translating operational insights into engineering feedback to advance robotics technology in industrial settings.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include onboarding and training new teleoperation operators, monitoring performance and data quality, developing SOPs and training materials, maintaining operational tracking systems, and serving as the primary liaison between operations and engineering teams to surface feedback and escalate issues.
• You will join a mission-driven team at Sereact GmbH that builds intelligent robotic systems for real-world industrial applications, working at the intersection of operations and engineering to close automation gaps in warehouses and factories.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in teleoperation systems, data quality management, cross-functional coordination, and robotics operations, with opportunities to grow into broader ownership as the company scales.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in training, QA, operations coordination, or a technical environment
• Strong communication and documentation skills with the ability to convey technical concepts across technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven ability to assess quality rigorously and coach others toward consistency
• Comfortable working with digital tools, interfaces, and data-driven workflows
• Basic technical understanding sufficient to engage productively with engineering teams
