  • • As a Telephone Claims Adjuster at National General (part of The Allstate Corporation), you will investigate and confirm facts of loss for advanced automobile accidents, determining coverage, liability, damages, and negotiating claims within your authority—playing a critical role in delivering fair and timely resolutions for policyholders.
  • • Day to day, you will handle complex auto claims involving coverage, liability, and damages; evaluate injury claims when applicable; identify vehicle damage and subrogation or fraud potential; apply deep knowledge of insurance policies; and use strong customer service skills to meet customer needs while working independently with discretion.
  • • You will join a team within a nationally recognized insurance leader backed by Allstate’s innovation and financial strength (A– rating from A.M. Best), serving customers through independent agents and direct channels with a focus on specialty personal lines insurance.
  • • In this role, you will develop advanced claims expertise, sharpen analytical and negotiation skills, gain exposure to specialty insurance products, and grow into a trusted advisor capable of handling complex claims with confidence and impact.
