• Unison Infrastructure Solutions LLC, a dynamic and rapidly expanding telecom and renewables infrastructure investment firm, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Telephone Scheduler / Researcher to join our growing team in Prague. As a key player in our expansion, you will be instrumental in supporting our business operations by meticulously collecting, organizing, and verifying crucial data from various sources, with a particular focus on engaging with government entities. This role is perfect for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses exceptional organizational skills, and is adept at proactive communication.
• In this vital role, you will be responsible for the accurate collection of data from a diverse range of sources. This will involve daily administration tasks, including precise data entry into our CRM system, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and readily accessible. Your diligence in monitoring progress will be essential to ensure that daily, weekly, and monthly goals are consistently met, contributing directly to the efficiency and success of our investment strategies.
• A significant aspect of your responsibilities will involve initiating proactive communication with government entities. You will be tasked with requesting relevant information, identifying and engaging with suitable contacts within these agencies, and meticulously gathering the data required for our investment decisions. Maintaining a professional, courteous, and persistent approach while interacting with government officials will be paramount to building strong working relationships and facilitating the smooth flow of information.
• Your ability to organize and manage the collected data within a structured database system will be critical. This includes ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of the database through regular updates and diligent data cleansing. You will play a key role in upholding compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations throughout all stages of data handling, ensuring that Unison operates with the highest standards of data privacy and security.
• Furthermore, you will utilize effective research methodologies to identify and verify suitable contacts within government bodies. This requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures to find the right individuals. Your research efforts will directly inform our outreach strategies and data acquisition processes.
• You will support the wider team by efficiently answering data queries and updating records as required. This collaborative aspect of the role means you will be a go-to person for information, contributing to the overall knowledge base of the company. You will also be expected to perform other appropriate duties as required by Unison Site Management to facilitate the changing demands of our expanding business, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt.
• The ideal candidate will possess an intermediate working knowledge of Excel, enabling them to manipulate and analyze data effectively. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential, as you will be interacting with both internal teams and external government contacts. The ability to organize your own workload, prioritize tasks, and consistently achieve deadlines is crucial for success in this role.
• We are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and managing their time effectively, as well as being a supportive and collaborative team member. A demonstrable professional approach, a positive attitude, and strong problem-solving skills will be highly valued. The ability to effectively balance speaking in Czech and English is a key requirement, given the nature of the role and our international operations.
• This is a self-employed position offering flexible work hours. However, some mandatory overlap with U.S. business hours will be required to facilitate team conference calls, ensuring seamless communication across different time zones. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a growing investment firm and develop your skills in data management, research, and stakeholder engagement within the infrastructure sector.

• Intermediate working knowledge of Excel.
