- • Array Behavioral Care is the nation's leading virtual psychiatry and therapy practice, dedicated to transforming access to quality behavioral health care through innovative telepsychiatry solutions. This role is critical in expanding mental health services to underserved populations, particularly in rural tribal communities in Montana.
- • The Teletherapist will provide remote mental health services including intake, therapy, counseling, video-based behavioral health assessments, de-escalation support, and documentation within partner EMR systems. Daily responsibilities involve working with patients aged 5+, analyzing psychosocial factors, providing care recommendations, and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
- • Array Behavioral Care partners with hospitals, health systems, community organizations, and payors to deliver high-quality care across the care continuum. The company emphasizes innovation, accessibility, and clinical excellence in its telehealth services.
- • This role offers the opportunity to deepen clinical expertise in teletherapy, gain experience serving diverse and underserved populations, maintain and expand professional licensure with company support, and contribute to meaningful improvements in behavioral health access in rural Montana.
🎯 Requirements
- • Active, independent Montana license in therapy (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMSW)
- • 1-3 years of experience since obtaining unrestricted licensure
- • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with technology for telehealth delivery
