• • Array Behavioral Care is seeking a Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) licensed in New Jersey to provide teletherapy services in a fully remote setting.

• • Provide virtual therapy and counseling to individuals across diverse backgrounds.
• • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• • Maintain accurate, timely documentation.
• • Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in a secure, remote setting.
• • What You’ll Need:
• • Active license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT).
• • Independent practice eligibility (no provisional licenses).
• • 1–3 years of post-licensure experience.
• • Tech-savvy and comfortable with virtual platforms.
• • A private, confidential workspace.
