  • • Serve as the primary operator and strategist for public-sector intelligence and bidding platforms supporting U.S.-based clients in the infrastructure and public-sector space.
  • • Monitor and manage bid intelligence platforms including CivicIQ, BidPrime, BuildersConnected, and municipal portals such as WVOasis on a daily basis to identify high-intent buying signals and upcoming RFP opportunities before official postings.
  • • Analyze agency board minutes, budget documents, and public transcripts to uncover hidden or early-stage infrastructure projects and funding initiatives.
  • • Qualify leads by gathering preliminary project details, including scope, budget estimates, and timeline, before transitioning opportunities to the sales team.
  • • Conduct initial outreach to public-sector contacts such as procurement officers, city managers, and department heads to initiate engagement and build pipeline awareness.
  • • Ensure seamless hand-off of qualified opportunities to sales representatives with complete contextual documentation, including project history, stakeholder mapping, and competitive landscape.
  • • Provide post-hand-off support through status tracking and project continuity updates without engaging in pricing, solution design, or contract negotiations.
  • • Maintain active alignment with sales managers to understand vertical-specific priorities, targets, and regional spending trends.
  • • Identify emerging trends in municipal spending, particularly in areas such as EV infrastructure, wastewater mandates, and public transit funding, and document shifts in procurement behavior.
  • • Deliver data-driven recommendations to Product Management on potential new products, brands, or technical capabilities based on observed market gaps and client demand patterns.
  • • Conduct competitive analysis of winning bids to inform pricing strategy, product positioning, and market entry recommendations.
  • • Leverage AI tools and automated workflows to enhance efficiency in platform operations, research, and opportunity surfacing.
  • • Build, optimize, and refine AI-driven dashboards and systems that streamline research processes and accelerate the identification of actionable opportunities.
  • • Continuously improve AI-enabled workflows to increase scalability, reduce manual effort, and enhance the accuracy of market intelligence outputs.
  • • Navigate complex, data-heavy systems with strong technical literacy and maintain meticulous documentation of research findings and process changes.
  • • Operate independently as a self-starter, proactively identifying blockers, prioritizing tasks, and driving initiatives without direct supervision.
  • • Communicate clearly and proactively across teams in written and spoken English, ensuring alignment between intelligence gathering, sales, and product functions.
  • • Adapt quickly to evolving U.S. municipal procurement systems and bid platform interfaces while maintaining compliance with data accuracy and confidentiality standards.
  • • Contribute to a fast-paced B2G environment by turning raw municipal data into strategic sales intelligence that directly influences revenue growth and product development.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or market research
  • • Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce and business intelligence tools
  • • Experience working with AI tools and workflow automation systems
  • • Prior experience in B2B/B2G sales, government procurement, or market research is a plus
  • • Experience with municipal bidding platforms such as CivicIQ, BidPrime, BuildersConnected, WVOasis, or equivalent is a plus
  • • Experience building dashboards or AI-driven systems for research and reporting is a plus
