- • Maintain and retain existing customers by building and sustaining long-term relationships with key decision-makers, identifying opportunities to expand current service offerings and maximize customer penetration.
- • Create and communicate detailed customer plans for top accounts, including growth strategies, risk ratings, and retention initiatives.
- • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through proactive outreach and strategic networking to drive new customer acquisition and sales funnel growth.
- • Assess customer environmental service needs—including recycling, waste, compliance, and specialized environmental solutions—and design customized service proposals aligned with customer operations and regulatory requirements.
- • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposed environmental solutions are technically feasible, compliant, and aligned with customer goals and company capabilities.
- • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company services, pricing structures, and total waste stream management offerings to cross-sell additional services to existing and potential customers.
- • Utilize CRM systems daily to schedule activities, document customer interactions, follow up on leads, and track sales opportunities and performance metrics.
- • Complete Environmental Service Agreements, Pricing Proposals, Customer Onboarding Forms, and other required documentation accurately and in compliance with company policy and timelines.
- • Monitor market behavior and competitive trends within designated territories to anticipate evolving customer needs and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- • Perform all job-related duties as assigned, including field visits, client meetings, and administrative tasks necessary to support sales and service delivery.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2 - 4 years of experience in a sales, account management, or customer-facing role
- • Driver's license
- • Technical knowledge with an understanding of environmental solutions and regulatory compliance
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
- • Knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipeline and track performance
- • 2 - 4 years of experience within the waste industry (preferred)
