• • As a Test Automation Engineer at Interactive Brokers LLC, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and integrity of systems that process over 1 billion order events daily, directly supporting market fairness and financial crime detection.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include building scalable testing frameworks, designing comprehensive test suites (unit, integration, acceptance), collaborating with engineers and data scientists to embed quality practices, providing metrics on test coverage and system reliability, maintaining monitoring and alerting systems for test infrastructure, developing data quality checks, and investigating test failures to identify root causes and implement fixes.
• • You will join the Transactional Surveillance Technology team, a mission-driven group focused on detecting market manipulation and financial crimes through advanced technology, where your work directly protects millions of client accounts and supports regulatory compliance.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in test automation at scale, gain experience with data quality systems and observability tools, and contribute to high-impact financial infrastructure while working in a hybrid environment (3 days in office, 2 days remote) at a globally recognized fintech leader.
