• • Horizon Industries, Limited is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Testing Specialist/Tester to join our dynamic team. This full-time, remote position offers a competitive salary range of $105,000 – $120,000 and is crucial to ensuring the quality, security, and performance of our software applications.
• • As a Testing Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our quality assurance efforts, providing expert knowledge across various testing methodologies including integration, regression, acceptance, and automation testing. Your primary responsibility will be to meticulously design and execute comprehensive test plans, develop robust test cases, prepare realistic test data, and critically evaluate the results to guarantee strict adherence to all functional requirements, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
• • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, business analysts, and key stakeholders, to validate system functionality thoroughly. This involves confirming that the software conforms precisely to its design specifications, ensuring a seamless user experience and robust operational integrity.
• • A significant aspect of this role involves ensuring the highest standards of security and performance are met. You will be tasked with analyzing internal security measures within systems during testing phases, identifying potential vulnerabilities, and recommending remediation strategies to safeguard our applications and data.
