- • The Title and Underwriting Trainer role is a training-first position focused on educating and developing title agents, Realtors, and internal partners across all levels of industry knowledge, playing a critical role in strengthening understanding of title, settlement, and real estate concepts to improve real-world performance and support business success.
- • Day to day, the trainer will design, develop, and deliver training programs from introductory to advanced levels; facilitate sessions via in-person, virtual, group, and one-on-one formats; partner with business leaders to identify learning needs; present complex real estate, title, and settlement concepts clearly and engagingly; evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and metrics; continuously improve content for consistency and scalability; serve as a trusted mentor; and travel within Texas as needed to reach regional audiences.

- • In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in real estate and title insurance, refine instructional design and facilitation skills, gain experience in measuring learning impact, develop stakeholder partnership abilities, and grow as a trusted educator and advisor within the title and real estate ecosystem—potentially contributing underwriting expertise if qualified.
🎯 Requirements
- • Demonstrated experience in training, teaching, coaching, or educating professionals
- • Strong knowledge of the real estate, title, settlement, or mortgage industry
- • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
- • Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills
- • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- • Title underwriting experience (preferred)
