- • The Title Examiner II role supports real estate transactions by examining property titles through public record research to ensure legal clarity and insurability, playing a critical role in enabling secure property transfers.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include compiling and analyzing public and tax records, preparing title commitments per company standards, identifying and resolving title issues using established procedures, and communicating findings within the team.
