📋 Description

• As Total Rewards Manager at Legora, you will lead the company's compensation architecture and equity programs, playing a critical role in attracting and motivating high performance across global teams.
• You will define and maintain compensation bands, lead annual review cycles, manage equity administration, benchmark market data, partner with Finance and Legal, and build scalable reward frameworks and communication toolkits.
• Legora is a fast-growing AI-native legal tech company serving 1,000+ customers in 50+ countries, backed by $100M+ ARR and world-class clients, with a culture rooted in ownership, excellence, and collective growth.
• You will develop deep expertise in global total rewards strategy, influence fair and competitive compensation practices, and grow as a strategic partner shaping how Legora rewards talent at scale.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in compensation or total rewards, preferably in high-growth tech or scale-up environments
• Strong expertise in compensation banding and benchmarking
• Solid understanding of equity programs including plan structures, vesting, and grant cycles
• Strong analytical skills with ability to turn data into insights and decisions
• Proven track record partnering effectively with Finance and Legal teams
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex reward topics clearly to diverse audiences
