đź“‹ Description
- • Own the AI agenda end-to-end by building the company-wide jobs-to-be-done (JTBD) catalog and converting high-value recurring tasks into AI agents and automations.
- • Build and own the AI + digital transformation roadmap, sequencing work, managing dependencies, and providing leadership with a single source of truth on status, risks, and progress.
- • Ship quick wins rapidly by prototyping and launching high-impact AI automations to demonstrate value and generate momentum across departments.
- • Drive cross-functional system migrations including identity, Rippling, NetSuite, Slack, Notion, and ITSM systems, ensuring timelines are met, dependencies are tracked, and workstreams remain aligned.
- • Align stakeholders across IT, business units, and internal AI builders to ensure adoption and successful implementation, not just delivery of solutions.
- • Operate across North America, Singapore, and China time zones to coordinate global initiatives and maintain consistent progress.
- • Translate ambiguous business needs into clear, actionable AI transformation plans with measurable outcomes.
- • Partner with engineering, product, and operations teams to integrate AI capabilities into core enterprise workflows and systems.
- • Maintain compliance with SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, ISO27001, ISO27701, and EN18031 standards throughout all AI and system transformation initiatives.
- • Serve as the central point of accountability for AI-driven digital transformation, ensuring alignment with Plaud’s mission to amplify human intelligence through secure, scalable AI infrastructure.
- • Lead the design and execution of AI-powered automation pipelines that enhance productivity for over 2,000,000 global users.
- • Collaborate with leadership to prioritize initiatives based on business impact, technical feasibility, and user adoption potential.
- • Maintain visibility into emerging AI tools and platforms to continuously evaluate and integrate best-in-class technologies into Plaud’s ecosystem.
- • Ensure all AI deployments are user-centric, secure, and aligned with enterprise-grade privacy and data governance requirements.
- • Facilitate training and change management efforts to drive widespread adoption of new AI tools across departments.
- • Monitor and report on KPIs related to automation efficiency, user engagement, and system performance post-deployment.
- • Represent the AI transformation initiative in executive reviews and cross-functional planning sessions.
- • Maintain a culture of innovation by encouraging experimentation, rapid iteration, and learning from both successes and failures.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years in technical program or product management, ideally driving cross-functional transformation or platform programs at a fast-scaling company
- • Hands-on AI/LLM fluency — has built or shipped AI agents and automations, not just managed AI projects
- • Proven delivery of enterprise system migrations or rollouts (e.g., HRIS, ERP, identity, collaboration tools)
- • Exceptional stakeholder management — able to align and influence multiple departments without direct authority
- • Comfortable operating across North America, Singapore, and China time zones
- • Experience translating ambiguous business needs into clear, executable AI transformation roadmaps
🏖️ Benefits
- • Founding team opportunity with meaningful ownership and impact on a fast-growing startup
- • Comprehensive healthcare including dental and vision with generous employer subsidy

- • Unlimited PTO plus 13 paid holidays
- • 12 weeks of paid parental leave regardless of gender
