- • As a Project Manager at Railserve, you will lead rail construction and maintenance projects across active customer sites, ensuring safe, efficient execution while coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams—playing a critical role in maintaining reliable rail operations for industrial customers nationwide.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include walking tracks to identify deficiencies, preparing project proposals and pricing, overseeing field operations, managing crews and equipment, ensuring safety compliance, conducting inspections, supporting budgeting and cost tracking, managing inventory and purchase orders, coordinating preventive maintenance, assisting with workforce planning, and completing administrative reporting such as billing and audits.

🎯 Requirements
- • College degree in Building and Construction Technology or equivalent construction management experience
- • Experience in railroad construction, maintenance, or industrial operations
- • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical documents, and safety procedures
- • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
- • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift/move equipment as needed
