  • • As a Trade Shows and Events Specialist at Solventum, you will own end-to-end event operations and logistics for the Health Information Systems (HIS) event portfolio, ensuring seamless execution of trade shows, regional conferences, partner events, and state shows across all tiers and locations.
  • • Day to day, you will manage booth assets and inventory, coordinate shipping/freight and labor, oversee exhibitor services and promotional materials, and ensure onsite readiness to deliver consistent, on-time, on-budget experiences while supporting sales, marketing, finance, and compliance teams.
  • • You will work within Solventum, a new healthcare company with a long legacy of innovation, where people are at the heart of every advancement, collaborating with cross-functional partners to standardize processes, manage vendor relationships, track spend, and complete post-event closeout and asset reconciliation.
  • • In this role, you will develop expertise in large-scale event logistics, cross-functional project management, compliance frameworks, and budget tracking, while gaining experience in healthcare and B2B marketing environments and positioning yourself for growth in event operations leadership.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business, AND 5+ years of experience in trade shows, events, or field marketing operations with ownership of logistics in private, public, government, or military environments.
  • • OR High School Diploma/GED AND 9+ years of experience in trade shows, events, or field marketing operations with ownership of logistics in private, public, government, or military environments.
  • • 5+ years of experience in trade show, event, or field marketing operations with demonstrated ownership of logistics in a private, public, government or military environment.
  • • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, vendors, finance, and compliance teams, with strong organizational, project management, and execution skills.
  • • Willingness to travel as required for events (up to 25–30%).

  • • Competitive compensation range of $83,600 - $114,950, including base pay plus variable incentive pay if eligible.
