📋 Description

• As the GTM Onboarding & Enablement Program Manager at Clay Labs Inc., you will drive the growth and success of the revenue organization by building and leading onboarding programs for new hires in a fast-scaling SaaS environment.
• You will lead live onboarding sessions weekly, own the training experience for each GTM cohort, facilitate product sessions, run certifications and assessments, coach new hires with real-time feedback, capture feedback to improve programming, and stay aligned with product, GTM motions, and top performer practices.
• Clay Labs is a high-growth AI-powered go-to-market platform that helps organizations turn growth ideas into reality, backed by $100M in revenue and a $5B valuation, with a unique culture that values creativity, autonomy, and employee well-being.
• In this role, you will have the opportunity to build onboarding programs from the ground up, shape how new hires ramp and contribute, design impactful learning experiences, and grow your expertise in enablement, facilitation, and AI-enhanced training within a mission-driven, innovative team.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Enablement, Onboarding, Program Management, or a similar role in a fast-paced SaaS environment
• Strong facilitator with ability to make complex concepts accessible, engaging, and actionable for diverse audiences
• Highly organized and self-directed, with ability to bring structure to ambiguity and follow through independently
• Deep care for the new hire experience and a track record of making people feel welcomed, supported, and set up to succeed
• Comfortable working with AI tools and workflows, curious and quick to learn new technology
• Natural relationship builder who thrives in cross-functional collaboration across teams and levels
