📋 Description

• As a voize Coach/Trainer:in – Pflegesoftware, you will be responsible for the human side of the voize rollout in your region.
• You will train Pflegeteams on-site in care facilities and clinics in your region, using clear and practical language that fits their work routine.
• You will help teams make the step from 'once tried' to 'integral part of their daily routine' by providing feedback from the ground up and shaping the development of the product and training.
• You will meet care professionals on an equal footing, explaining things in a way that someone who understands care can explain to people working in care.
• Your skillset includes a background in care, flexibility in availability, and the ability to explain, listen, and help others feel comfortable with new things.
• You are curious about digital care, AI, and modern documentation.
• You are willing to support care facilities in your region on-site and are familiar with the reality of shift work, including early shifts, shift handovers, documentation stress, and everything that comes with it.
• As a voize Coach, you can expect:
• 20-30 € per hour of engagement, depending on level, experience, and engagement.
• Paid, flexible engagements that fit your studies, care job, or whatever else is on your plate, with 1-10 days per month.
• Structured coach training and certification, preparing you comprehensively for voize, the training methodology, and the questions that care facilities really ask, and making you part of our certified trainer network.
• A real community, where you can network with other coaches, share experiences, and help others grow.
• Practical insight into HealthTech and AI, directly at the intersection of care, technology, and change.
• A way forward, with strong coaches being able to move up to Senior Coach, and doors opening to training, customer success, or operations.
