This pivotal role will provide essential support to the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) IT Enterprise, contributing to the effectiveness and efficiency of their technological services.
• • As a Trainer/SME, you will be instrumental in shaping and delivering high-quality training programs. Your expertise will guide the implementation of best practices in virtual training, ensuring that DLA personnel are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to manage and operate complex IT systems.
• • You will be responsible for overseeing virtual training guidance and best practices throughout the development of organizational training plans.
